At what psi should my AFPR be set? It's sitting at about 32 PSI @ idle currently, and I don't kow what it's reading under boost since I haven't extended the line on my parts store FP test set enough to be able to see it from inside the car.

39lbs without the vac... at idle.
If you are running extra boost....setting the FP to 41-42 may not hurt.

Correct way to measure base pressure is with the vac line disconnected from the regulator. Stock base press is 39 psi. What to set it at for best performance and not run lean? No idea.... every engine is different. Start at 39 and experiment, hopefully with a WBO2 or at the very very least a NBO2.
