TPS range 0.93-4.05.... is this okay?

the WOT voltage seems low but there are no dead spots and it is smooth and linear in it's range.
1986 TC 5-spd (Red/Red cloth)
K&N Cone on VAM; front suspension by KYB, Moog, Energy Suspension.

Are you getting 5.0 V VREF between the black and orange wires?

I'll try that, what happens if not?

I assume you mean the orange wire on the turbo? Actually there is a third wire going into the TPS right? Is that the one?

The orange wire bolted to the inlet of the turbo is the o2 sensor ground

The orange and black wires on the TPS show a voltage of 5.04 volts.

The article Tom linked above said you can have +/- 3% variation so you are good at 5.04v
