Hi,

     As luck would have it, I still can find what I'm looking for.  But I found this article from Hot Rod November 1999.  The cartoon is really cool.  The reply to the question is detailed, that's why I kept it.  I have the PDF version of the article, too big to attach.

Pretty much the same formula I used.

SOLD September 2020. Will miss this car after 19 years of building/driving/showing....time for a new chapter in my life.
