I was changing the distributor cap and 1 of the bolts that holds it down broke off flush with the distributor. Is this something that can be drilled and retapped? Or am I going to have to get a new one? Are there any performance distributors made for an 88 Tbird?
I pulled my distributor when that happended and drilled and tapped a new hole It turned out ok.

Thanks for the advise. It cost me a whole $5.00 to get it fixed. And while it was out I found out the TFI had a big crack in it. So mabey it was a good thing the bolt broke
