I swapped everything from an 88 t/c to a 91 mustang. I swapped the whole harness and al the hardparts.

I cannot find the plug for the steering sensor harness. The sensor and it's plug are there, But I cannot find where it goes.

Can someone enlighten me on where the other half of the plug is. I would like to know what part of the chassis harnees the sensor plugs into. Or am I missing a short pigtail or something.
The TC harness won't have the plug for the p/s pressure switch becasue the T-Bird doesn't use it. When I did my swap I just used the p/s hose from the TC so that I didn't have the switch just there doing nothing.

87 TC 5-speed Black, loaded. 17psi, G3 alternator, KB subs, Grant steering wheel, custom greasable swaybar bushings, K&N. Soon to have KB Trackit Axle brackets, Maximum Motorsports lower control arms, T-3, Saab intercooler, ranger roller cam Gen1 DSM BOV and rebuilt front suspension.

Unless you're the lead dog, the view never changes.
I am sorry, I may have stated myself incorrectly.

The sensor that I am having issues with is at the bottom of the column. Near the firewall on the passenger compartment side.

I guess it is for the ride control? I need to find the plug that the sensor plugs into. That is the last piece I need to plug in to make everything work.

TIA

Yup, that is the steering angle / rate sensor for the PRC. My EVTM shows the wiring is part of the harness.... no pigtails. the plug for it is part of the harness. Wire colors should be P/O, R/Y, R/W, Y/BK

ANy chance that you could poke your head under the dash and sse where that plug peaks out of the harness?
I cannot find it anywhere. I just pulled everything from the dash and I cannot find any open plugs in the main harness.
I think Jeff is saying it's part of the harness, there is no connector
There has to be a plug in the main harness, The sensor has a 3in tail and then a female connector. I can't find where that connector plugs into. It has to be there somewhere, only I can't find it.
I found a diagram in the EVTM. It makes it look like there is a connector right into the sensor. Another diagram says the connector is #307 and it's located in the RH cowl access hole. That's below the EEC. It a gray 8 terminal connector. I don't find a location for a connector at the sensor end.
