My original problem was:
Turn signals won't work, heater / ac blower motor will not work and control panel on ac not lit up , brakes will not work and both brake lights on the dash are lit up, low-fuel indicator light stays on, gas guage does not work. The car is an 88 2.3 TC.
------
Replace ignition switch (found 2 burnt contacts on old one)
Now: EVERTHING works EXCEPT:
Low Fuel indicator light stays on all the time and nothing on the instrument panel works except speed and tach and autoride control light.
This problem was corrected:
AC now works / Brakes work / Brake Lights on dash are now out / blinkers now work /
Please help:
Sorry to be such a pain but i am a newbie and don't no sh__.
Thanks to you all on the board i am learning though.

The oil pressure, temperature, fuel, and low fuel relay all get positive voltage from the IVR. See the technical artical on the Solid State IVR for pictures of the location. Check that it is connected. If it is connected, check that the input side is getting voltage and the output side has pulsed voltage.
