are the autolite sparkplug wires a good choice for the 87 tbird tc

I would go with Motorsport. preferable a 9mm they seem to work good on mine. but i guess it's whatever you like or price.

which sparkplug wires would best for performance

I think the consensus is that Motorcraft wires and plugs work best in our cars. Although some have had luck with other brands, few have had problems with Motorcraft.
