im doing a clutch change on my 88 tc and i plan to do all of the gaskets and seals, bearings ect, is there any thing in particular that i would need to do that is different from changing a regular clutch, any thing that would make it easier. this is my first official clutch change so....lol
Absolutely don't push the clutch pedal down when the slave cylinder rod is not seated on the clutch fork.
Read past posts on ways to get the old pilot bearing (in the rear of the crank) out.
The clutch has a specific "flywheel" side and a "pressure plate" side. It is marked on the clutch plate.
The wise man will drain the trans before he pulls the driveshaft
