BPV (ByPass Valve) - vents boost (high pressure air) back to the intake system before the turbo and after the air meter when you close the throttle under boost.
BOV (Blow Off Valve) - vents boost to the atmosphere when the throttle is closed.

Thanks a lot, it sounds like a good idea. Also, i only boost 10psi in my TC. I got a 5speed and the fuel switch on Premium running 94 octane. My dad disconnected the boost regulator sensor thing and i didnt notice what i boosted before that (just got the car, he thought it allows it to boost all it wants) so if i put it back will it allow 15psi? or do i need a Boost Valve?

Your 87 should boost 15 in 1 and 2nd. It's limited to 10 psi in the top three gears. Disconnecting the factory BCS can allow it to boost high, maybe too high. If your still only getting 10 psi with it disconnected, something isn't right. I would suggest you get a control valve and get it properly installed. Too much boost could blow a head gasket or worse.

Well, I brought it to redline in first and second today and it only boosted 10psi. How accurate is that gauge? Cuz i dont feel like i have 200+hp (see mods in sig). I think the boost valve is the way to go, but my insurance went up and im broke, ill have to save up now.
