They cant drive Turbocoupes! I wear a size 13 shoe and it seems to me the pedals in my TC are to close together. When I goto hit the gas my foot is in between the right side of the pedal or the carpet, or it is in between the gas and the brake pedal. Anyone have this same prob? I am having trouble at the track getting my damn foot on the gas LOL. I still managed a 15.51 thow [Image: smile.gif]
Have you considered bre..., I mean, foot reduction surgery [Image: biggrin.gif] At size 9-1/2 I don't have that problem but I have oftened wondered what the guys with larger shoe sizes did?

Yea I've actually had the same problem too, also a size 13. I replaced the pedals and there was a major difference. I don't know why they made them so close. O well. Just replace the pedals with either offset ones or just smaller ones. It worked for me. Try it out.

revamp: Can you give me more info on where/what kind of pedals to go with? Also how hard are they to replace?

Thanks
Sure thing. I think there's a website that your can order off of. Let me look it up.

Hrmm I had no luck in finding it. I do have a spare brake pedal that is exactly as the one I've got. It is one of those easy clamp pedals, but removed the back "clamps" and created an actual metal backing. It actually worked out great. Just make sure you rip off the original brake pedal padding and replace it with this one. I've got a spare one if you want it for like $5 bucks, w/ the shipping. Here's a picture of what my setup looks like.
Yeah, you mean like punching the clutch to the floor when you are speed shifting, and jaming the brakes at the same time????Oh yeah,13's SUCK!!

Too much fun, what's that mean? That's like too much boost, there's no such thing.
I agree and I only wear a size 12 shoe ! On long distances I have taken to wearing water shoes to drive in since they aren't as big. Tennis Shoes are terrible to drive in with big feet !
