I sort of remember the car and I do recognize the shop. He is the guy I bought my pickup truck from about 2 years ago. I remember he had a TC in progress. It didn't look like that back then.

It is a cross between a TC and a TA. That is one ugly car.It should be stripped of the TC parts and crushed.
