clicky clicky!

Or would getting one with a .63 turbine be better than the .48?

Would I only have to change the oil return line and coolant lines? Will the exhaust elbow from an SVO or tbird T3 work?

I'm finally getting back into TCs after being out of one since July 2000 and it's all slowly coming back to me!! [Image: wink.gif]
I think we been through this before. The Exhaust housing that is on there not will bolt bolt up to our elbows and even though you can inbolt the 3 bolt flange and it will have a 5 bolt behind it they don't line up with our 5 bolt. You need to ask the seller if he can provide a 5 bolt "Ford" compatable exhaust housing.

In theory the .48 will give you quicker spool and the .63 will make a little more on top.

The super 60 compressor wheel is not a 60 trim wheel. Two different beasts. If it is a 60 trim(or any of the other trim wheels he mentions they won't be all that good with the stock t3 turbine side. It looks similar to the one Harvs bought and he had all sorts of problems getting it to work(if he even did yet).

I would just get a t3( .60/.63) and be done till it's t3/t4 time. The super 60 wheel is a very small gain over the stock t3. Just my $.02.

Thanks for the replies fellas. I found a .63/.60 ford t3 with elbow on ebay after I first posted about this.

Does anybody offer rebuild kits for the t3 or will I have to send it off to be rebuilt?
I don't know anything about this place but they have repair kits.

Interesting stuff on that site....

I found a good t3 for cheap but I really want a t3/t4 and can't seem to find any for a reasonable price....
