Hello! My wife, Shelley and I became proud owners of a 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe this past summer! Shelley’s first brand new car was a black with red ‘88 Thunderbird and she absolutely loved that car. When her former husband and she had two children, she sadly traded it in for a family vehicle. She’s mentioned that car a lot so I decided to search for another one for her. Found one exactly like it near Pittsburg, PA, trailered it home and have been updating it since. It sat in someone’s garage for 28 years and has only 41.000 miles on the odometer! We’ve replaced the entire fuel system, belts, hoses, brakes, shocks, struts, a/c system, changed all the fluids and filters, had the paint job cleaned up and had the original wheels refurbished. I’ve never owned a classic car before but I’ve sure been enjoying this one! The interior is leather and in exceptionally good condition except for a small tear on the side of the drivers seat and the passenger side arm rest needs a little work. Everything works except the cruise control.

I was thrilled to find this organization and I’m looking forward to learning from all of you!
