Hey guys just put 2 tweeters in the dash of the TC, I bought 4" ones first because that's all they had but had to take them back and find 3.5" ones eventually lol

looks like the doors are 5.25" but I was wondering if all TC's came from the factory wired for door speakers? Looked like someone attempted to wire this one for it

And it looks like the rears are 6"X9"? Can anyone confirm?

Please and thanks as always guys!
AFAIK they should all have wiring in the door for speakers. Personally, though, I don't use the factory audio wiring at all. I always run new, heavier gauge wires to everything. The door speakers are supposed to be 6.5", but IIRC the hole is a little too small to flush-mount. I have 6.5" woofers in my doors, but they have rings to push them away from the door face a little.

The rear are 6x8. I'm not sure if a 6x9 will fit or not. I use 5.25" in the rear. They are mounted with adapter plates I made.
Ahh ok thanks Brian! But the problem is I tried to put speakers in the door but neither side worked when hooked up Sad do the wires run from the speakers in the door to the back of the CD player?
Yea I would run new wire if it's a high mileage car
For the rear I fit 6x9 alpines but they weren't a direct bolt in, I remember having the install them from inside the trunk and using cover plates on the top side. Took some work but they sounds really good.
Well I'm mostly just trying to get the door speakers working, the wires that were already there didn't seem to work when I used the right connectors. Is one wire power and the other just a ground?
