Is there a special tool for this chore??? What does it look like -

Autometer pod w/ A/F and Vac/boost gauges.140 mph Motorsports Speedo New engine: Total Seal rings and TRW pistons, ported and polished head w/ cc'd chambers,1.59"exhausts, SS valves, gutted upper, knife edged lower, A-230 cam, Race Engineering Adj Cam Sprocket, Crowlers, ARP head studs, and rod bolts. Walbro 255 HP pump and Kirban adj FPR, T-3. Centerforce II, KB subs and jack rails.
Just put a socket on it with the longest ratchet you've got and pull (hard).
Maybe need to clarify something here...

Do you mean the Serpentine belt, AC belt or the timing belt ?
any of them - they all seem to have the same sort of swivel mechanism.

A/C and alt / PS tensioners: Breaker bar with a socket on the nut. If I remember correctly, it is 15 mm.

Timing belt: Loosen the locking bolt (one in teh curved slot) a few turns, and loosen the pivot bolt (one on the rotating axis) about 1/2 turn. Use pry bar.
