Just bought a 1988 TC last month. Has every option except for leather. Needs some body work but overall she's in pretty good condition. I do have a problem with it not wanting to keep rocker arms in place though.

These pics aren't the greatest, took them with the phone.

and yes, it has ponies on the back and snowflakes on the front. Can't wait to change that.

Welcome aboard! Enjoy your stay.
Welcome!! Looks like you got a nice project there. It looks to be the same color as my 88. A bunch of fun getting it finished. Best of luck!!
Welcome to the board. Looks good. What have you done about the rocker arm problem. is the cam or HLA (rocker arms) worn? Have you checked clearances? Is this an aftermarket cam?
I bought a stock replacement cam from Napa with all new followers. I did not check the clearances as I was unaware there was a way to adjust them. I just pulled the valve cover off and it appears one of the lifters is shot for the second time. I am going to put in another lifter and baby it until I can find me a roller cam set in a junkyard.
Welcome, Ron!
Well I put a new lifter in it and now she sounds like there is a miss and hardly has enough power to move. Found a 2002 Dakota R/T I'm thinking of buying to get me around and putting the bird in the shop for a motor refresh and just start the right way on it. This whole thing of buying piece after piece when things breaks is getting old and expensive. It'd be nice to have another truck around anyway.
