So two years ago I painted my TBird sonic blue pearl, put on the ground effects from MCK plastics, and put on a S351 saleen wing. Well about a year ago I got a little front end damage, the only casualty was my front ground effects. Then the nose got hit by the engine hoist trying to put my new motor in. Then my driver side fender rusted out. Then a guy backed into my rear ground effects with a trailer hitch. Well now i have time to repaint it.

I changed out the fender for one with no rust. The one i pulled off was full of rust inside of it. Then I put on a new ground effects piece on the front and riveted it on. I'm also working on molding the front and rear ground effects into one peice. So today I got some sanding done and some riveting done.

My ultimate plan is to paint the car two tone. You know that line that runs down the side of the car right under the window? I'm painting from there up black and the bottom the same blue color. I'll keep you guys updated, and I'll try to post some pics. I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Where did you get this piece?
Check out the FAQs section, there is a phone number for MCK plastics. They sell the whole kit, or lucky for me, just sections. Its a really nice kit and they sent it out fast.
