I've brought mine to a local upholstery shop and they installed new plastic clips that holds it in the door, and re-stretched the "leather" and re-secured with staple looking doo-dads. Cost $50 for a pair and they look/work great.

I have reglued them on the bottom and just let them dry on a wood vice.

I reglued mine and held them with a vise. After that I used small rivets with washed heads to hold it in place. I put 4-6 in each one.

i used machine screws from ace hardware with little washers on them. predrilled and they went right in. just dont tighen them up to much or the plastic will rip.

I think I'll try contact cement and then pop-rivet them. I've got boxes of rivets left over from my days of dirt tracking. Back then I would hold a whole car together with rivets and tie straps.
