Im in need of Interior Door Panels and Doors for my 87TC...I also need a Driver side front fender...can somethin from a cougar or 83-86tbird work???

I went to j/y and have found out the only 88Tbird they had was crushed not long ago...

So can i use doors/door panels from other cars? like the 83-86 model Tbird and fender/doors from Cougar?

If so can u post the yr and models that will work..

From lookin at pictures i have noticed they look the same....from the 83-86model tc and the cougars but i need this confurmed....

83-86 and 87-88 front fenders, doors will bolt up, but will look like crap. 83-86 have a U shaped "character line" right above the bump strip that the 87-88 doesnt have.

Did Jeff say that the '86 had character and the 87/88 didn't??!!!???

fender i can weld up if i have too.......but will doors fit and look right..becasue inside panels look same as the 87-88 model so.....will the doors work without a problem and look like stock

doors will work fine. even the ones with the vent windows.edit: jeffs right!

The only body part that will interchange between 83-86 birds and the 87-88 birds is the hood. Everything else is different. Yes the fenders and doors will bolt on but the body lines don't match.
The interior door panels will exchange.
