For those of you that don't know KBP closed it's doors back in Dec.

KBP is defunct and done...and everything is being sold. I know the guy selling this stuff, but I also know he's an ebay profiteer. To spare some of you guys the hassle of dealing with ebay I can get my hands on some of the parts and pass them onto you guys.

Just so every one knows what these are, they are similar to these

but for 83-88 Tbirds/Cougars. They are actually based on my drawings from my prototypes all those years ago. The caster is fixed (you get about 3* more postive caster) and camber is adj as usual. Poly bushings instead of spherical bearings. These are good solid performance street units. They will come with all the hardware and a dust boot, etc.

He's being kind of sticky on the prices out the door, but I can get SFCs to you for $55 plus shipping and it looks like the CC plates for $70 plus shipping (still negotiating that).

How much to ship those SFC's to me here in Longview, WA?

I'd have to check. I know it was $26+ to AZ...so I imagine about $30-ish. I'd have to check later. They fall under OS-1 category for UPS.

I really would not even want to check into that. I don't have the time to run to the bus station to drop something off. I have a PO and a UPS location within 5 minutes of where I work.


Just to be a sport I got a quick quote from GPX online....it was almost $40....So even though I'm being a PITA...GPX won't save any money on shippng

OK guys..I have some bad news.

As you know I was talking to the guy today about organizing getting some more SFCs and getting some Caster Plus kits. Well probably 2 hours after I talked to him as he was on his way up to the shop to verify things, another investor has swooped in and bought all the stuff that was left, so that deal is now closed.

Rumor is that the person heading the new deal (one of the sales guys from KBP) is working with Ken on some level. I know they've lost the showroom/offices and the shop, but are going to work out of the manf side for the time being.

So what does that mean for the Tbird/Cougar guys? Well the parts that were left are probably going to be available at some point, but most likely not at the prices I was going to be able to offer them to you guys. I know they will have no plans for production on them either (1. Because I knew they had canned the product line a while back, and 2. Because I have all the drawings (they were mine to begin with )

I'm sorry things worked out this way. There's really nothing I can do at this point.
