Anyone have the part number for that little cylindrical bushing that sits under the shifter rod in the top of the tranny..

You can see it when you take the shifter assembly out..it sits down in there and is prbably about as big around as a nickel..

I want to order one so I can replace it when my MGW arrives..

The Ford parts guy I went to couldn't find it and kept having 'network issues' with his parts program so he told me to come back later (like probably when he wasn't working so someone else would have to look up parts for my 'old' car)

Thanks for the help~
Got it.. Portsmouth Ford here in NH knew what they were doing and came up with the right part.

The bushing part number is E3ZZ*7K453*A

It was $8.72 and the description says "BOLT - HEX"

I have no idea why it's listed as a hex bolt, it is the right bushing that keeps the shifter from having slop in gear.
