I'm replacing the TPS today, but I believe that there may be something else wrong with my car.
I'll go to turn the car on and it will not turn over, or it will turn over and then immediately shut off, or it will not turn over but the radio, clock and other interior thing will come on.
I don't what could be causing this,.. does anyone have any ideas?? The ignition switch has been replaced, and the battery cables and terminals are fine...!

When you turn the key forward, can you hear the fuel pump come on?

It sounds like a pump (I know that doesn't help). It is almost a buzzing sound and is hard to miss.

Also, did you pull codes? A no start condition can be a lot of things, not necessarily the TPS.
Go stick your head under the back of the car by the gas tank, and have someone else turn the key to run. You will hear a 1 to 2 second "electric motor noise" from in the gas tank if the pump is running.

What about a loose connection at the starter or the solenoid? When the clock and stuff comes on when you turn the key to start it, do you hear it click at all?

Alrighty! Well, I know that the fuel pump kicks on when I turn the car on, I've always wondered what the "buzzing" noise was...

I'm not too sure about that.. what kind of click?

Oh, how do I pull codes? What kind of thing do I need to pull codes??
