North American Turbocoupe Organization

I've got a pinhole in my radiator have to seal it. It says I need to flush out the system but I am unable to locate where exactly it is at the bottom.(Maybe blocked by the nose "ground efects"?) Anyway I am new to this forum and have just begun restoring my Turbo Coupe(88) Please get back to me on locating where the drainage is for the radiator. And also, I am looking for the repair manual(mechanics) to purchase for it, any leads?

It's near the bottom of the tank on the passenger side.
