When i stomp the gas (WOT) in my 88 TC it boosts up and stutters BAD and wont accelerate any more,not even like 1/8 trottle, but after about 30 secondsit accelerates ok until i stomp gas again...it has new plugs,wires,cap,rotor,TFI,fuel filter, K&N is clean,rebuilt motor...What is wrong...HELP

First, check the base ignition timing.
Second, run the codes.
Third, check your Fuel Pressure.

BTW, did the cam and intercooler in your trunk add any HP ? LOL

What kind of wires did you use?These cars are REAL picky about wires.My 88 did the same thing for a LONG time,never stopped to consider the wires cause it had a set of Motorcraft wires less than 2 months old on it.Sure enough,I tried some $100 MSD wires and it got WORSE.Finally settled on some Accel 8mm regular wires...think I gave $25 bucks for them....RAN LIKE A TOP.Go figure.

ill try those 3 things and let you know what i come up with, im not sure what kin of wires, just got the ca and the guy i got it from did them, any way to find out what the wires are?
Some brands have their name on the wire. Motorcraft wires do have "Motorcraft" printed on the wire.
