Well I can tell you two things for the windows:

1.You can open your door up, and spray down the metal bar that slides when you put the window up, and sure theres not a load of grime on there.

2.Rub silicone into the inner part of the rubber seals for the window. Over time they get coroded and ruff, slowing down the window substantially. That usually helps alot.. let it get in good, not messy or anything though. Many mechanics tell you that you need a new motor instead of doing simple things like this to cash in.
You might check out the "Maximum Motorsports" website http://www.maximummotorsports.com/ and request a catalog if you are looking for suspension parts and bushings. They have some interesting info on bushings. Although their site is geared towards Mustangs, I'm sure some stuff will cross over to the Birds. I started buying parts from them because they seem to sell only the top parts and do alot of testing of different parts to see which are the best or what works best.

I saw someone mention something about a slow window. You might try adjusting the bolt (I think theres just one) for the window track (located near the end of the door closest to the locking mechanisim). My window was slow one time and all I did was loosen the bolt/ rolled down the window which moved the bolt a little/ tightened the bolt and the window works great ever since. I'm not saying it will be that easy - might have to play around with the setting - but it might help.

If you have the time, could you send me an email and let me know how much you lowered your Bird. I want mine to set like yours. Thanks

Gene
I forgot to include my email address for the lowering height info. Here it is: [email protected] .
Looks sweet! Lowering it and puttin' on the 18's still looks like plenty of ground clearance, any problem with the fronts rubbing?

Any suspension bushings you want to change you can just order for a Fox Mustang and they will work just fine for you. I have replaced my control arm/steering rack/strut mount(non PRC)/endlink/sway bar/tranny mount/tranny x-member/coil spring isolators/and lower rear control arm bushings(make sure you get oval not round)and used the shorter snubber that comes with the lowering springs. They were all "Mustang" pieces and all fit great on my T/C's.You will however have to be prepared to give up the slightly cushier ride you get with new rubber bushings...but oh man the handling in the corners!! I also have a set of sway bars that were listed for a Fox Mustang on my 88 they are IDENTICAL to the ones that came off of it...but maybe a liitle bigger around if that's possible...and of course don't have 14 years of wear on them.So just wip out a Energy suspensions catalog and order what ever you want.
