It's getting close guys. Let's get the list of participants started.

Racing will be at Cecil County Dragway.

Directions, gate prices and times are listed on their website. this is a sea level track and very well prepped.
We're on day #40 of my "2 week turnaround" head porting job, so God only knows if I'll have it back in my possession in time to get it installed before this Cecil get-together. Keep your fingers crossed for me, guys.

Have you gotten your car dynoed yet, Glenn? How is it running?

Not dynoed. Not running as of right now. Could be in a half hour though. Just doing some rewiring.
I already put in for those days off- but I won't know for sure whether or not it's a GO until about a week and a half before. Hopefully all is well and I can make it out.

How strict is tech on a street car?

Tech at Cecil? LOL. I don't think they ever made me open my hood, looked in or under my car. Maybe by them i can be an owner again and meet some of the guys there.

Well, It doesnet look like I will be able to make it. The TC is up and running (although with an IHI), but work has got in the way. It looks like I will be back to doing a ton of traveling again [Image: frown.gif]

I am going to keep trying [Image: wink.gif]

As long as the seatbelts work you are good to go. Keep the hood closed and they will never look under it.
Glenn, the 306 Bird was sold about two years ago as a rolling chassis. I still kick myself every time i think about it or look back in MM&FF. Plus, from being a newbie here, people on this board don't take too kindly to v8 swaps. I made an offer on one tonight, they said the would call back by Wed.

My bad. I read a post on the foxtbirdcougarforums and I took it as you still had the car. It's your car. I could care less if you swap a V8 into it. Just turbo it. [Image: biggrin.gif]

I wish I had the money for the notch you are selling.
