North American Turbocoupe Organization

I'm replacing the multifunction switch for hi beam and turn signals. Does anyone know how to get the stem out of the switch housing? Ford sold the stem separately so I'm sure it must be designed to be removed. Any ideas?

Grab it and give it a good strong pull straight out and it will pop out.
