Hi everyone! I'm still alive...but at a business meeting in Toronto for the week. So, I have two points for everyone going to Carlisle:

1. Annual cookout: do we want to do one? If so, what do we want and who's bringing the grill?

2. Construction on PA Turnpike: Under construction between Exit 67 Irwin and Exit 76 New Stanton; intermittent construction throughout the turnpike, as usual. Lanes are especially narrow between Irwin and New Stanton exits.

Service Plazas: Hempfield (New Stanton Eastbound side) is now closed. Oakmont Service Plaza is scheduled to reopen Monday...but you know how things are here in PA. The nearest plazas are at Zelienople and Somerset, about a 90 mile gap.

Hey Kristen, Glad to hear from you. I think Dan and Diana S have something brewing cookout wise. Might want to talk to Dan.

Glad the hear the Turnpike remains the most non-user friendly road in the US. Some things don't change.
