I'm looking for a comprehansive parts list for the cruise control from an 87 88 TC. I'm looking to upgrade the SVO with cruise. I'll need part number, nomiclature and location on the vehicle. As well as brief description of what the parts look like and does in the system etc. I do have a 85 shop manual so I have a little info to go from but I'm just not sure if all the parts are goig to be the same between the 85 and 88 cars. Please help a fellow 2.3t guy out.
The Cruise system has 4 main components. The amplifier (brain box), the servo (inside left fender), speed sensor (on transmission) and the control switches (including the brake switch and the clutch switch)

If you can get your hands on the wiring diagrams, it should be reasonably easy to install. It's a pretty simple system when you get down to it.
