North American Turbocoupe Organization

1) Has anybody removed the felt like covering on the shadescreen for the stock moonroof? If so, how? Mine is a bit sad looking and I am going to be changing the weatherstrip shortly on the glass(it's about time!) so I figure it's a good time to fix that too.

2) Center consle, where controls for seats and windows are, the black paint is chipping around window switches and a few other spots. I want to try to touch it up. Any ideas on what paint and technique works the best?

There are a couple of old posts on the shade screen but I don't remember the specifics.
