Still cant sleep, so here it is. If you have a t-bird with the chrome finish-dual map light-dome light, I found a clear replacement cover for it.

Nice find on the dome light lense. Please follow-up and let us know how it works. I need a couple.
Wow thanks! I got tired of putting my old yellow one back up there only to have it fall off on me.

Not sure if you are doing better than me or not. The first one I tried to remove to see if I could clean it or something broke in two during removal Big Grin
I ordered it today, it should be here about tuesday,so I'll let you guys know how it works!
Bad ass! I just recently busted a hole in mine while I was loading my rifles into the car. I took the entire cover off and was surprised at how much brighter it got, so I left it off. This is perfect!
Just in case anyone doesn't know...

The dual map light dome light is a direct swap for the standard dome light. Maybe a 5 minute swap if you don't bust the light cover. I saw the map lights all over the Ford section of the salvage yard, so it shouldn't be too hard to find one.
That is the correct replacement. I have one in mine, the fit isnt exactly perfect, but its a heck of a lot better than anything else.

(And as a bonus the interior light in my car is actually 2x brighter than my headlights, that is until the new ones arrive !)
Funny thing is, do you see what its listed for? a 92 F150..... I noticed the same lamp in my buddie's truck, so I took a chance!
