I have never bought anything using ebay and the thought of it makes me nervous. I'd rather just go buy something. I need a T3 turbo.

looks to be good but hard to tell.
The turbo is either rebuilt, or brand new. Look at their feed back, 100% positive. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

Also, find out what the A/R ratio is, if you haven't already. The 48 will spool faster, better bottom end. The 63 will be better for top end. Depending on your goals, make sure it is what you want.
